A new menace has arrived in town—her name is Nina. Once a devoted fan of Jeff the Killer, she spiraled into madness after a tragic incident in her school years, where she and her brother were harassed by bullies. One fateful day, she took violent revenge, killing her tormentors and whitening her face to give her skin a ghostly, pallid appearance. The game offers two distinct story modes: play as Poisonguy and hunt down Nina, or choose to become Nina the Killer and strive to escape from the asylum.
